Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within mainland Spain (peninsula) on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days, including processing time, for mainland Spain.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped.
Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla?
We currently ship exclusively to mainland Spain (peninsula). Orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not supported as part of our standard shipping service.
Delivery times and availability may vary for other destinations, and additional delays may apply where shipping is possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How do I start a return?

- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Follow the instructions provided to send the item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Are all items returnable?
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Digital products or download codes
- Used or damaged items beyond normal inspection
- Items without original packaging or missing components
Important: Returns must be authorized before being sent.
