Right of Withdrawal (14 Calendar Days)

In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store. However, any excessive use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product may affect the refund amount.

Once your return request is received, we will review and respond within a maximum of 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Process

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back.

After approval, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address if applicable.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of voluntary returns.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, GameVolt will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
